RayJ Dennis is the Founder and CEO of VIS10N Holdings, a global holding company investing across sport, media, marketing, technology and real estate, and a point guard for the Atlanta Hawks.

His path from varsity basketball in Illinois, through Division I competition and into the NBA, has given him a direct understanding of the systems, opportunities, and pressures that define the modern sports landscape.

The path

From the court to the capital stack.

  1. PLAINFIELD & OSWEGO, IL

    Raised in Illinois

    Born in Plainfield and raised between Plainfield and Oswego, he came through the varsity program at Oswego East High School and was named third-team all-state as a junior.

  2. 2019 – 2021

    Boise State

    Started his Division I career in the Mountain West, leading the Broncos in assists and steals as a sophomore.

  3. 2021 – 2023

    Toledo

    Unanimous MAC Player of the Year and First-Team All-MAC in 2023, leading the Rockets to a 27–8 record and the MAC regular-season title.

  4. 2023 – 2024

    Baylor

    All-Big 12 Second Team. His 236 assists rank third for a single season in Baylor program history.

  5. 2025

    The NBA, and VIS10N

    Made his NBA debut with the Indiana Pacers in January 2025, and founded VIS10N the same year to operate within a changing sports landscape.

  6. 2025 – PRESENT

    Atlanta Hawks

    Signed with the Atlanta Hawks on a two-way contract. Alongside his career, he leads VIS10N and co-founded Luxe Assist AI within the VIS10N ecosystem.
