Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information VIS10N Holdings collects through vis10nholdings.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
VIS10N Holdings (“VIS10N”, “we”, “us”) is a global holding company operating across sport, media, marketing, technology and real estate. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, and a small amount of technical information needed to run the site.
- Enquiries. When you use the “Work with us” form we collect your name, email address, organisation, stage, enquiry type, sectors and your message.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
- Information stored on your device. Your browser keeps a note that you have seen the opening animation, and a draft of an unsent enquiry so you do not lose it. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To read and respond to your enquiry and assess a potential partnership.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or third-party advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. The only browser storage it uses is described above, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:
- Netlify hosts the website and receives form submissions.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr deliver the site’s typefaces and a scrolling library, and may see your IP address when they do.
- Our email provider receives the enquiry notifications we send to our team.
Some of these providers may store data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and legal safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
